From Charlottesville: 

Take Rt 250 heading WEST - 

clinic is on the Right side of Rt. 250, just past Duner's restaurant

From points EAST of Charlottesville:

if you get carsick easily:

take exit 118 off of I-64, and then come down 250 as if you were coming from Charlottesville (above) ​

if you can handle twisty-turny country roads: 

take exit 114 off of I-64

turn right on Dick Wood's Rd and follow this for 1.9 mi

turn right onto Ivy Depot Rd, and then turn left at the stop sign onto Rt. 250

The clinic will be coming up quickly on the right side

From points WEST of Charlottesville:

take exit 107 (Crozet) off of I-64 and head east (turn left) on Rt. 250 - follow this for 7.3 miles 

The clinic will be on your LEFT - look for it when the speed limit slows to 35mph.

HANDICAPPED PARKING: 

Pull into the lot next to Duner's restaurant,

at the side of Blue Ridge Well Being,

rather than the main front lot.  

We have a ramped entrance that brings you

right to the front door!
