Initial Medical Evaluation
typically 90 min, including Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment
I am a Medical Doctor (MD) with specialty training in Musculoskeletal and Neuromuscular conditions (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation), as well as bringing an Osteopathic lens to my evaluation (after post-graduate training at MSUCOM).
Let me help figure out what is causing your back pain, neck pain, tingling, weakness, etc. - and put you on a path towards healing!
Follow up care - 45 minutes
may include Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment, and/or other work as deemed appropriate (e.g. dry-needling) - time may also include medication management, form completion, etc.
This option is for those who need a longer time for the hands-on work, or need additional care that requires visit time.
Follow up care - 30 minutes
may include Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment, and/or other work as deemed appropriate (e.g. dry-needling); minimal time will be spent in review of symptoms - for stable conditions only
This option is for those who do NOT need to discuss additional aspects of care or evaluation of a new problem - primarily for stable conditions requiring Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT).
Yoga Therapy (1-on-1)
Dr. Hallmark has been practicing yoga for over 20 years (!), and is a 200-hour trained Yoga Instructor (2007).
Consider this if you:
1. Have been interested in trying yoga, but are afraid of going to a group setting,
2. Have a medical/orthopedic condition, are are worried that most yoga instructors will not be able to manage this appropriately,
3. Have an established yoga practice, but have some "restrictions" that you would like to work on more specifically,
4. Have some medical concerns that you think yoga might help you to address (whether you ahve experience or not)
